Single women + s'more

So today is Sunday, last day of the thanksgiving weekend.
Already 4 days passed? Can not believe it... I wish my weekend never end.

Los Angeles is pretty cold today so I decided to make s'more. Yes s'more.

Don't ask me why s'more but I was craving for s'more since last night.

Hijiki is watching me from out site of the kitchen. She is not allow to get into the kitchen.

BTW I was going to train her to not get in the kitchen but somehow without training, she never get into the kitchen. I think she is scared of the noise which I make in the kitchen. I am very clumsy ESPECIALLY in the kitchen. You hear the noise something you don't expect to hear from the kitchen where only 1 person lives.

You know.... I am already over 30years old living by myself (well with HIJIKI). Eating s'more in the kitchen.

What a wonderful life right?

Sometime ...actually very often I think about what am I doing here... away from family no BF, not so many friend AND eating s'more..

Think about that twice..

Black Friday for me and Hijiki

I went to Black Friday shopping today from 6:00am at Glendale Galleria.

Since I was not looking for something limited item you know like TV or computer etc. I did not have to go there so early but I did not want to stuck in the parking traffic.  It was good idea to go there early morning. I did not have any problem to find parking and the store was not too crowded so easy to shop. Also I was able to leave before it get really packed which was good too.

I got sweater, shoes, pants etc for 50% off ＼(＾▽＾)／ Good deal!!
Also went to Petco for THIS

It was free with any purchase.  Looks good right? She did not like it tho...
Hijiki was like Really? She got shoes and I got this? 

I also wanted to go to Petsmart since they had better deal than Petco. I came home once and pick up Hijiki and went to Petsmart.

At Petsmart I got this

and Shampoo and conditioner. All 50% off.

She got this huge rawhide but this is for Christmas ( sorry Hijiki~).
I gave her for taking picture and took away. She was not happy about it(oops).

Happy ThanksGiving

Today is thanksgiving.

I am off from work today and spending time with Hijiki.
Because Thanksgiving is family day and I don't have anyone here, thanksgiving is just one of the 365 day. Of course I still enjoy thanksgiving day.

Same for Hijiki, today is just one of the day. Playing with KONG.

KONG is very tough as everyone know. Its strong enough for pit bite... well for a year.
After a year, even tho KONG is pit bite proof, somehow Hijiki manage to tear off of it
（￣□￣；）！！

Since She is eating it... like really eating it I think its time to get new one.
Good thing is Black Friday is coming, so I hope I can find good deal for this too.

Introduce myself

Hi I am Japanese girl who lives in DTLA with pitbull mix who named "HIJIKI".
I adopted Hijiki from shelter about a year ago and since then she is my family/friend/roommate who brings most peaceful time to my daily life.


People ask me "why pit?".  For me "WHY NOT?"
I can not explain this I think only people who own pit knows but I really think pitbull is one of the best breed.

When I was looking for a dog, I knew I want pit, so I adopted Hijiki as "Pitbull mix".
She was more pit looking when she was puppy.

Turned out...
My pitbull "Hijiki" does not look so pitbull as I expected any more but it does not matter in the end.
She is a mix and mixed very well with something. She is beautiful for sure.

What is she mixed with? I have no idea. Because her ears stand up like Shepherd I was guessing she is maybe Shepherd mix but she did not get big as them... so I really dont know what she is.

Well Dutch Shepherd looks much smarter than her (sorry Hijiki)

Whatever she is, she got energy from pit and cutest face from best mix with pit/something.

BTW the name HIJIKI is Japanese. I little bit regret named her this since most people who I met at dog park can not say her name... but I think you will think this is the best name for her if you know why I named this.

Here is why.
HIJIKI is Japanese side dish which colors like her... well she got colored like them.

Right? I think this is the best name for her.  It is like if not Hijiki then Beyonce.

Anyway my goal of this blog is showing my happy life with pitbull and hoping more people understand pitbull and see them as family dog.
